A word "blog" is formed from "Web log". Similar to e-mail accounts, user can create "Blog' at specific locations on internet. It is user's own space where user can keep (post) certain articles,ideas,news,facts,opinions, etc for the other vistors. Blogs are usually structured, organized by category and can be updated as and when required. As compared to e-mails, communication is fast in Blogs as visitors (so called bloggers) can quickly view the comments and even post ow thoughts on the subject. with reference to a particular topic, as information sharing and opinion forming can be collectively done, blog is considered as one of the strongest tool to connect people on social ground.
